This simple video shot by artist and filmaker Julia Warr features Maia Helles, a Russian ballet dancer who turned 95 last year  ”but still remains resolutely independent, healthy and as fit as a forty year old.” Her key to longevity?  Movement.  And certainly good genes and a good attitude! After watching I felt so relaxed and inspired.
